Has participated in several billions of dollars in project financing or structured transactions throughout the USA, Europe and China in a wide variety of industries including mining, oil refining, co-generation power production, clean fuels production, city planning and development,
Marcus was founder or co-founder of the following entities:
National Video Libraries, American Video Restaurants, Corporate Video Systems, Southworth International, Southworth Companies Maricopa Refining Company, Arizona Clean Fuels, Bellwether Companies, In-Store Digital Media (ISDM) Alta Health Western Utah Copper (Copper King), SunWorth Development TXi Global, NanoX2, CemX3.
Marcus served as founder or co-founder of the following organizations:

International Foundation for Civil Society
The International Conciliation Council
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints
He has also been renowned as the “Syrian Advocate”
Marcus and his wife Cherine served 5.5 years as Welfare Service Missionaries (Spanish Speaking) in South Jordan, Utah.
Marcus served a two year proselyting mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Venezuela from 1975-1977.
Marcus structured and closed several hundred million dollars of financings for ships, aircraft, computers, etc. throughout Europe. He conducted business and had offices in London, Frankfurt, Copenhagen, Prague Budapest, and Madrid. He served as Financial Advisor to the Ministry of Defense in Czech Republic. He served on the Board of Rempo A.S. and was an Advisor to Leciva A.S in the Czech Republic.
Marcus traveled through 34 countries in Africa. Worked with government and business leaders in 12 African countries. Served as a Financial Advisor to President John Kufuor of Ghana.
Over a period of over 40 years, Marcus has arranged over $100 million of venture capital for start-up companies. He was either a founder, owner, officer, or board member for several of these companies.

Brian Pitcher is the oldest. He is married to Brandi and they have 2 daughters. Brian is a successful real estate investor
Leigha Pitcher is married to Trevor Baker. They have 2 daughters. Trevor is a helicopter maintenance professional and Leigha has a successful Life Coach business.
Holly Pitcher is married to Mark Holland. They have two boys and a daughter due in November. Holly was a dolphin trainer for nearly 20 years in Honolulu. Mark is a building contractor. They live in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Connor Southworth is married to Rene. They have 3 children and live in Ogden, Utah. Connor and Rene own a successful nutraceutical company by the name of Khroma.
Brandon Pitcher is a hunter guide in Montana. He is also a successful and recognized hunter on social media with thousands of followers.
Scott Pitcher is lives in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. He works for a printing and expediter service. He has never missed a day of school or work in his entire life.
Justin Southworth lives in Tucson, Arizona and is co-owner of a nutraceutical company.
Ashlee Southworth has two daughters and lives in Salt Lake City, Utah. She is a very busy single mother and house cleaner.
Brett Pitcher has 4 children. He works at Kaiser Aluminum in Coeur d’alene, Idaho.
Alex Southworth lives in Salt Lake City, Utah. He is a serial entrepreneur along with his brother Connor. He currently serves as a marketing VP of Viking Man in Draper, Utah.
Miles Southworth is married to Miranda Mitchell. They have 3 dogs. Miles is a Canine Officer with the Salt Lake City police department. Miranda is a PA Radiologist with IHC. They both live in Salt Lake City, Utah.
